2663   Belgium "Medallion" Third Issue Exhibition Collection, 1851-54. Approximately 150 items on over 30 beautifully written-up pages, incl. over 130 singles (27 of the 40c), 17 pairs (three 40c), strip of three of each and vertical strip of four on piece of the 40c (was at one time believed to be largest known multiple and still may be), there are cancellations, shade, paper and plate varieties, a single 40c "Moens" with red ms. line cancel (this is from the one remainder sheet sold to J.B. Moens in 1866), many of these have had their ms. lines removed to offer as unused (examples of with and without ms. line included), there are seven covers incl. two 40c (one with two singles) and two 20c and 40c combination covers, also some nice plate proof singles and blocks, at a glance it appears that most stamps have four complete margins, overall Fine-Very Fine, splendid collection, all beautifully housed in a deluxe padded red leather album
