A few hundred covers, lots of different issues and frankings incl. 1899 Overprints (some with complete sets), Special Delivery No. E2, Postage Due Nos. J1-J4 incl. multiples, postal stationery, later Republic of Cuba issues, military station postmarks, U.S. Marine censor handstamps, a few Spanish Colonial period frankings, some covers with ads and illustrated hotel corner cards, the lot also includes a large accumulation of off-cover stamps (mainly U.S. Overprints), worth careful examination (we found a set of Special Surcharges on original Bartel lot sheets when going thru this accumulation and offered them in Sale 976)
