Full sheet of 72, Setting IA, no gum, faults include piece out of corner of position 1, few small tears repaired with archival tape, still a Fine appearing and extremely rare complete sheet with only a few known, according to Kotanchik (p. 102-103) an unknown quantity of sheets of the typograph first printing was delivered to the Post Office Department rather than to the BEP for perforating and some found their way into collector hands, listed but unpriced in Scott, Scott Retail as 36 pairs
