1117 ogbl 1930, 1c Red & Black (M3). Block of 20 with perforations on all sides, without gum as issued, lacks either the top or bottom row to be a complete sheet of 25, this is an unusual printing since there are no straight edges (normally there would be straight edges on two sides), in addition the perforation holes are more clean-cut than typically seen, "Cleveland Bond " watermark across the second row, Very Fine, we don't know if this is one of the sheets from the reported printing of 40 sheets (1,000 stamps) or if is a special production, very rare nevertheless, probably the largest known multiple, Scott Retail as four blocks of four and four singles
