VERY FINE. A RARE STRIP OF THREE OF THE 5-CENT BRICK RED ON A COVER ORIGINATING IN MEXICO AND SENT TO FRANCE.

The cover was carried outside of the mails to New Orleans, presumably where the stamps were affixed and it entered the mails.
