2055   3c Dull Red (11). Mounted collection of 109 used stamps, variety of shades with several Orange Brown No. 10's noted, only eight ms. cancels, incl. few pairs, the collector has identified the various plating marks such as recuts and extra lines but does not provide position numbers, better than typical plating quality as quite a few have four margins, generally Fine-Very Fine E. 400-500

2056   Used 1857-60 Issues. More than 70 stamps on pages, incl. 1c Blue F Relief from Plate 4, this comes from the 6th and 10th rows of the plate and could be either Ty. Ia, Ic or IIIa, we have figured it as the least expensive type as it has to be plated to determine the correct type, 20, 23, seven 24, 25, quite a few 26's (one original gum pair), 27, 29, 30 (unused, no gum), three 30A, two each 32 and 33, nine 35, two each 36 and 36b, 37 and two 38, minor faults in most, generally Fine-Very Fine E. 2,000-3,000

2057   1c-30c 1857-60 Issue (18, 22-25, 27-28, 29, 32, 34-35, 38). Used except No. 24 unused, original gum, No. 29 wide natural straddle-pane margin tied on piece, mixed condition, also includes a 10c Green Ty. III No. 33 with bottom "shells" drawn in to resemble a Ty. I No. 31 8,675.00

2058 og 1c-30c 1857-60 Issue (22, 24, 26, 30, 36b, 37-38). Nos. 24, 26, 36b and 38 Mint N.H., Nos. 22 and 37 unused (no gum), former perf fault, latter natural s.e. at left, No. 30 very faintly cancelled in red and retains a good deal of its original gum (small paper remnants), the No. 22 is probably Pos. 37R4 (variable Ty. III/IIIa according to Neinken), there has been some scuffing in the bottom margin edge, perhaps natural or an attempt to make this a Ty. III, 12c heavy horizontal crease and 30c fairly heavily oxidized and plate blemish at bottom, a scarce group of stamps in mixed condition 6,310.00
