VERY FINE AND CHOICE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE USED EXAMPLE OF THE ONE-CENT GREEN 1917 ISSUE PERFORATED 10 AT TOP. THIS IS THE FINEST OF THE FOUR USED COPIES.

Our records of this rarity contain eight unused, including two in a block of four and a newly certified plate block of six containing 1-1/2 stamps with the variety, and four used examples. One of the used copies, with perfs touching on one side, realized $18,500 hammer in our Sale 872.
