VERY FINE. A COLORFUL AND RARE MIXED-ISSUE FRANKING OF THE 15-CENT TYPE II 1869 PICTORIAL ISSUE AND 2-CENT AND 10-CENT BANK NOTE ISSUES ON A DOUBLE-RATE COVER TO PERU.

The rate to Peru was 22c, via American Packet, then British Packet via Panama.
