512 Papua New Guinea Collection. Specialized collection in four volumes, 1901 to the mid-1970's, includes better unused sets as Nos. 11-18, 94-109 and Air Post, SG perforated "O.S." on and off-cover, SG varieties as Nos. O1 and O57a, one volume with approximately 30 covers with "Relief" No. 7, 8 or 9 cancellations, these were used as temporary markings until the official postmark devices were received by the various post offices, volume of 85 FDC's from 1977-84, all from different towns and one volume of 1962-75 FDC's, some of the covers have light toning, otherwise virtually all Fine-Very Fine E. 2,000-3,000

513 Poland. Fascinating old-time collection of couple hundred virtually all unused stamps, issues from about 1918 to the mid-1930's, there are a number of stamps on original J.M. Bartels and Mercury Stamp Co. auction lot sheets from the early 1940's with errors and varieties of the overprints on Nos. 15/26 plus district overprints, the inverted letters and misspellings are not listed in Michel although were sold were sold as genuine by two credible auction firms over 60 years ago, also there are some used and unused "Crakow" overprints with Nos. 41, 42, 44, 54, 59 and J2, all of these are signed "Philatelia Kracow" (red handstamp), many others with various handstamp guarantees (these may or may not be genuine), a little commercial correspondence from the 1920's to 30's and collateral with some wartime pro-Poland labels and material dealing with several POLPEX expos held in Chicago in the 1940's, generally Fine-Very Fine, adventurous lot E. 500-750
