Aug. 9" circular datestamp, Extremely Fine, we have seen an unused envelope with the Anthony & Co. handstamp, which leads us to believe it was a frank, this cover is not only a great rarity as an Anthony & Co. Express usage, but it is most unusual in that it entered the mails in the destination city but has no markings indicating postage due, presumably the addressee picked it up at the post office and paid the drop rate, ex Dale-Lichtenstein, with 2004 P.F. certificate (Image) E. 1,000-1,500
