A (SG Ty. 8), tied by "Freetown SP 17 97" circular datestamps on registered cover addressed locally in violet crayon, blue registered crayon also ties one stamp in strip, oval "R" handstamp and red registered datestamp applied on selvage, Very Fine, a handsome and scarce cover, with 2016 B.P.A. certificate (Image)
