The 11-Star Flag was created with the admission of Tennessee on Jul. 2, 1861. Confederate Patriotic covers are rarely found in this fresh condition.

We have offered examples of this flag design with ten 6-point stars (F10-3), but this modified 12-Star version is exceedingly rare (it should be listed as F12-7).
