VERY FINE. A TREMENDOUSLY RARE MAFIA ISLAND COVER, ESPECIALLY WITH THE ONE-RUPEE UNOVERPRINTED FISCAL STAMP. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MAFIA ISLAND COVERS KNOWN.
