2383 ogbl Plate Block Collection. Regular issues and Air Posts to 2002 in a Scott album and another binder, the album starts with the 1922 Regular Issue, which goes to the $2.00, plus a $5.00 centerline block, later issues are well filled, including complete Kans.-Nebr. overprints, the Presidential and Liberty series and a solid run of modern issues including high-value Express Mail stamps, Air Post including No. C1-3, the additional binder contains various low value Washington-Franklin plate blocks, No. 467 double error in block of twelve and some modern errors including an imperf pane of the 32c George O'Keeffe, the earlier plate blocks are a mix of hinged and Mint N.H., the more modern issues are usually Mint N.H., mostly Fine-Very Fine E. 4,000-5,000

2384   Used U.S. Collection Balance, 1851-1926. Several hundred stamps neatly arranged in a stockbook, 19th Century a bit sparse up to Bank Note Issues, but includes several nice 10c-15c E and F Grills, Large and Small Bank Notes fairly complete less grills, Columbian with 1c-$2.00 (no 50c), various Bureau Issues including $2.00, Trans-Mississippi complete to $1.00 (natural s.e.), good showing of 20th Century including coils (a few of questionable nature), Back-of-Book with first two Air Post, Special Delivery, Parcel Post set, etc., the centering is nice throughout, occasional "Jumbo" stamps as well, despite an occasional flaw the overall condition is Very Fine, excellent lot for the collector of used U.S. E. 3,000-4,000
