81a (8), 91 (41), Scarce imperforate block of 49 stamps (a 50th stamp added for symmetry), all with Mazatlan district overprints. Bright fresh colours with the rare 8 watermarked stamps being NH! There are some creases incl one on each side of the watermark (but well clear of the stamps). F-VF, some hinge remnants, one small scissor cut between stamps 44/45. Has 1981 MEPS Certificate.
