The perforated 5¢ Red Brown (Scott 28) stamps were the first 5¢ perforated stamps to be printed and sent to the post offices. Thus, an estimated 10-15 with original gum, and maybe 20-30 unused without gum, are believed to exist. Most have flaws or are off-center, with 2012 P.F. certificate.
