Piece of fabric, about 3<3 / 4>" x 3", signed in 1978 by George Faille, who had been the postmaster at Montreal when the British airship made it transatlantic flights in 1930; on the reverse are the souvenir flight cachet and cds of the St. Hubert Airport, dated to Aug 13, 1930, the date of the R-100s departure on its return flight. The R-100 was dismantled and sold for scrap in November of 1931., Very Fine.
