In 1952 most of the 1949 regular issue was re-printed in different colors. However due to late delivery and impending monetary reform the stamps were never issued. A portion was intended for official use and received an overprint but they were not issued either. In 1964 all were destroyed, and only a small quantity reached philatelic hands.
