1917 Monocolours 'ONE PENNY' Surcharges Crown/A Watermark Upright Inverted 2/6d rose-carmine SG 111a, well-centred, a couple of

1932-40 Pictorials WCG McCracken Imprint blocks ½d black & buff SG 130a block of 8 (4x2) very fine, 1d black & green SG 131 block
of 12 (6x2; two units & imprint affected by a vertical crease), and 4d olive-green block of 4, plus ½d black & orange SG 130 John Ash Imprint block of 10 (minor blemishes) for comparison. The McCracken Printing ½d is a distinctive shade. The 2d & 4d
are subtly different and can be identified by experts but the presence of the imprints makes identification conclusive.
