A UNIQUE PLATE BLOCK BEARING THE 1917 11¢ TRANSITIONAL PERF 10 ISSUE AT BOTTOM RIGHT.

Of the five other plate blocks bearing the perf 10 at top, all have two or three stamps with either the full perf 10 or transitional perf 10/11. This is the only recorded plate block with the perf 10 solely in one stamp.
