ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED 2¢ WRAPPERS PRINTED ON WRONG SIDE USED TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY.

Due to shortages caused by WWI and extending some time after, some wrappers were issued with glazing on only one side. The glazed side was to have the stamp printed on it and used for the address. However, a few wrappers were accidentally printed on the unglazed side. (Image1)
