Lower right portion of stamp with huge margins, tied by sharp bold Saltillo oval date stamp (Schatzkes 1355) on 1861 folded letter sheet to San Luis Potosi, Very Fine and choice, in April 1861, Saltillo was sent only 510 2r stamps and by June they had exhausted the supply and began to bisect the 4r stamps, with 2007 Jaretzky and 2010 M.E.P.S.I. certificates.
