Purple oval type V date stamp on cover addressed to the Navy Department in Washington, D.C., franked with Hawaii, 1899, 1¢ green, two vertical pairs & on reverse a block of 6 (80) all tied by "Honolulu, H.I., Mar 14, 1900" duplex postmarks, readdressed to the U.S.S. "Albany" in care of the U.S. Consul in Newcastle, England, S.F. and Washington transit postmarks, fumigation hole punch in corners (bubonic plague); some minor gum soak perfs, Very Fine, an unusual fumigated cover usage as most covers have just the corners clipped.
