Collection of approximately 158 stamps annotated by a known foreign mail expert, showing cancels, overprinted number abnormalities and with several covers, although generally with this issue it is uncommon to have counterfeits or forgeries, fake cancels and fake numeral overprints are present sometimes, thus, this collection is a study illustrating some of these Foreign Mail abnormalities.
