 1922-2006 'Semi-Postal' Collection
(i.e. charity sets, various fund sets, and other issues with premiums added to the postage rate for revenue raising purposes) on formular album pages, idiosyncratically presented with the vendor descriptions mostly bearing no resemblance to
the catalogue descriptions. The1922-45 period is variably scattered mostly used part sets and issued singles with odd sets, best is the disorganised 1939 Postal Employees set with with other regular 3rd Reich pickings, then useful used 1949-54 West
Germany part charity sets followed by solid, mainly used, charity and other fund sets from 1957 through reunified Germany to 1991 including odd MUH. The 1992-2001 period is very scattered with the empty formular pages extending to 2013. (500+, 10 MS)
