1686 O   imageCollection/Accumulation of Used Switzerland, 1854-1945, with hundreds of stamps from an old time collection, on album pages and loose in glassines. The collection begins with a few used imperforate and perforated Helvetia with owner's Scott #s 23, 36-38, 41, 44, 45, 47, 52-56, 61, and continues with decent representation of issues up to 1946 including a used #301 1fr Pax (c.v. $95). The collection also includes Semi Postals with mostly used sets from 1924-1931, with sporadic sets thereafter up to 1945. The glassines contain roughly 200 used stamps (we note used stamps ranging from the late 1890s onward, with Semi-Postals, Airmails, and overprints). Online photos will give an overview of this accumulation. The lot is unpicked (could have some postmarks finds), and is on the market for the first time from the Armstrong find. Overall fine. 1688 O/nh   imageCollection in 2 Lighthouse Hingeless Albums and 1 Stockbook, the albums have issues ranging from 1907-1987, one has regular early issues with a mix of mint and used, plus a good amount of paper and gum varieties. Better used include #s 132-45, 138a-144a, 189, 200-03, 200a-03a, etc., while the mint NH issues feature 210-15, 219-25, 238-41, 247-55, 293-301, C27-34, etc. The collection is then quite complete NH from 1946-1987. The second album contains a complete NH run of semi-postal sets from 1924-1986. There is one earlier set: B4-6. The plate blocks range from Scott #777/2428, along with Airmail stamps #C30/C109 (includes owner's pricing in both albums). We note multiples of some plate blocks, however, we note different plate numbers in these cases. The stock also includes plate blocks on White Ace album pages ranging from 1953-1964. The first binder ranges from Scott #s: 2031-2720 (years 1983-1992), consisting of mint never hinged singles, blocks, booklet panes and souvenir sheets, in black hingeless mounts on White Ace album pages (face value for this binder alone is $256). The second binder consists of roughly 94 sheetlets and 13 booklet panes, with the vast majority ranging from 37c-42c, (face value $817). The third binder has blocks and booklet panes on White Ace album pages from 1999; 10 pages of singles and blocks of high values stamps ($3.50 onward) on White Ace album pages, 208 forever stamps in sheetlets and booklet panes from 2016-2017, and an additional 37 sheetlets ranging from 33c-44c (face value for binder $811). The box consists of loose never hinged stamps in a variety of formats including: singles in envelopes, coil strips (as many as 20 per strip), blocks, sheetlets, 38 booklets, (face value between $2-$5), and 6 coil rolls @50 stamps per roll. Stamps range from 1c up to $5, and also includes 100 Forever stamps (face value for box $623). Face value for the entire collection was counted from 20c and up only.
