The collection begins with a selection of mint hinged and never hinged singles (noting a few used stamps), ranging from O1/O39a. We note Unitrade #s: O8a mint hinged no period after "S" (counted as fine, c.v. $110), O9 never hinged (counted as fine, c.v. $240), O10 never hinged (x2, counted as fine, c.v. $150 total), O27 (x2, counted as fine, c.v. $120 total). The plate block section (over 500 in total), ranges from O16/O44 with primarily mint never hinged plate blocks consisting of many matched sets and plate numbers. We note better plate blocks: O24 never hinged (x4, counted as fine, c.v. $390 total), O32 never hinged (x17, counted as fine, c.v. $1,275), O38a never hinged (x8, counted as fine, c.v. $420 total). The collection includes a detailed owner's inventory highlighting quantities, catalogue values and owner's grading (one page was scanned as an example). Catalogue value is from owner's inventory. A very fine and extensive collection, with very little duplication, that will appeal to collectors and dealers alike. Also includes imperforate singles of the 30c and 50c, as well as a block of four of the First Bill $3 value (van Dam $320) and a Saskatchewan issue with SPECIMEN overprint. Very little duplication and includes more than one colour of most stamps. The great majority of the stamps are on card-mounted India paper, with some being simply on India paper.
