1821   imageMore Than 550 Unopened Packages of Mostly Black Stamp Mounts, from brands such as Hawid, Lighthouse, Scott, Uni-Safe and Showgard, including 55 packages of clear mounts. All of these have been valued at retail of $8 each, which would be a bargain today. Sizes include 31mm, 36mm, 41mm, 44mm, 50mm, 51mm, 55mm, 57mm, 63mm, 100mm. We note more than 100 packages of black mounts ideal for definitive or commemorative singles in various sizes - we used $5 for each of these as a reasonable current retail value. Total retail for this lot would be over $4,400. There is also a group of open packages that seem to have most of their contents, but are not included in the count. Great for the collector who needs to get caught up on mounting their material or for a reseller. Our online photos show the breadth of this horde of mounts.
