1467 O/og/nh Austria imageAustria Old Time Dealer Stock in 102 Cards, with about 100 cards, each described and priced in the mid-1990s. We note Austria mostly up to the early 1900s, with newspaper issues, and regular issues, Lombardy Venetia, various Offices, and more, with much specialized material, including rare shades, varieties and postmarks. The stock was priced in the mid-1990s, and we have spot checked about a dozen items and can say those have all gone up in value. Some of the imperforates are cut into and we noted some other faults, still an overall fine or better lot with many expensive stamps. 1468 O/og Austria imageAustria Mostly Used Collection, 1850 to 2004, the collection starts off in a Minkus album to 1985, then continues on computer-generated pages to 2008, then ends in a stockbook, with another stockbook holding hundreds of duplicates and other material. A strong collection, with the period from the 1940s to 2000s being over 95% complete and probably about 90% complete before that, and with a trickling from 2000 to 2004. We note loads of complete sets, and overall clean material with nice c.d.s. cancels as well as some mint. A very nice collection which also has some back of the book issues, offices abroad, etc. See scans for a small sampling.
