LotNo. Symbol Cat No. Lot Description
702 CVR   imageExtensive and Lovely Collection of First Day Covers, 1932 to 2017, all neatly displayed in 2-row Vario stock sheets, housed in 39 new green Uni-Safe binders with matching slip-cases (retail for these is around $20 each, for a total of $780 alone). The collection contains a total of 3,510 covers, based on an average of about 90 covers per binder. Over 900 of those are dated before 1971, and the collection has a good mix of definitives and commemoratives, and often will show a single, a se-tenant pair or block, plus a plate block, even for high denominations. We also counted about 178 Colorano silk covers, many cachet makers, lots of stamp varieties such as tagging, etc. Very clean collection and a great opportunity.
