We estimate the collection to be 80% complete overall with a mix of mint and used stamps up to 1960 and then mostly mint never hinged to the end. We noted some postage due and airmail issues. Also included are 10 year books (between 1997 and 2009), a group of about 40 commercially used covers as well as first day covers (1940s to 2007), 50 quadrille and album pages with mostly modern issues. 2362 O/og Italy and Colonies imageValuable Collection in a Thick Scott Specialty Album, 1862 to 1970, quite extensive, with a mix of mint and used, sometimes both (hinged one above the other). Starts with powerful early issues, with many shades, starts to include lots of mint from 1910 to the end, including many valuable sets and singles, (too many to list here, but see scans or inspect, many in the $100 to $300 range), not missing many to complete in period. The back of the book is also powerful, with lots of value in the air mails, pneumatic post, special delivery, postage dues and others. Finally, the occupation and colony stamps are well represented (Fiume was lotted separately). Careful inspection would be necessary to better appreciate the value within, despite our many scans online. Overall nice quality collection.
