1662 O France imageAdvanced Used Collection in Two Minkus Albums, 1850 to 2011, starts with a good variety of Cérès and Napoléon issues, followed by Peace and Commerce and others, with better semi-postals including B7, 11, 18, 19, 22, 38, many postage dues and air mails, such as C15. Overall probably about 80% complete, missing the early souvenir sheets, but many are included in the later years. A great many mid-value stamps included, and we note a good quantity of c.d.s. and/or very clean cancels, especially in the later years where they are more difficult to find, as well as complete modern sets, of which there are many. There is a third smaller binder containing stamps for which the albums don't yet have pages for, and many sets in the two albums are still in 102 cards and not yet mounted. A difficult collection to assemble. Early stamps may have small faults, later material is mostly fine or better. We have uploaded some scans, but recommend in-person viewing to better appreciate the contents. (Scan a) (Scan b) (Scan c) (Scan d) (Scan e) (Scan f) (Scan g) (Scan h) (Scan i) (Scan j) (All Scans)
