1489 og   imageKissinger's Philatelic Postal Card Collection, 1893/94,comprised of 1893 Vol. 1 No. 3 (3), 4, 5 (3), 6, 8, 9 (3), 10 (2), 11 (3), 12, 1894 Vol. 2 No. 2 (3), 3 (3), privately produced card fashioned after a message-reply card with one panel resembling the address portion of a govt. postal card (but with Kissinger's portrait as a "stamp" and the other panels his version of a philatelic magazine for his "Sons of Philatelia" organization which is filled with necessarily short (sometimes just one sentence) articles and commentary, often of a personal nature, the cards themselves are evenly toned (or were printed on a dark stock) and are somewhat brittle with many having chipped corners and/or some light bends, overall a Fine and fascinating group.
