III perforations, handsome single neatly tied to printed matter cover to Boston Highlands, Mass. by "Grand Central Sta., N.Y./1924" machine cancel without date and month, light edge wrinkles to cover, very fine; this is precisely the way this 1c vending coil was intended to be used and why it is so scarce, very few printed matter covers were saved, and everything about the this cover substantiates its printed matter status including the cancel, the rate and the patent envelope, which has a tab at right to be pulled out for postal inspection, an exceptional and rare cover for exhibition.
