III, position 15L4, an unusually lightly cancelled example with trace of a blue town cancel, so light that the stamp appears unused, deep luxuriant color and a razor-sharp impression on bright white paper showing horizontal plate scratches in this position, far better centering than normally encountered on this very difficult stamp, a very fine and attractive example of this elusive stamp; 1983 PF certificate as a pair, this being the left stamp and a 2006 PF certificate as a single.
