Revenue Collection Lot

2299 ogO Extensive revenue collection housed in mounts in a Scott album, with good representation of 19th and 20th century issues, the First Issue contains both imperforate and perforated stamps to the $50.00 values, and has nearly all the stamps cataloging up to about $300.00, with some higher, Second and Third Issues are complete to $10.00, the 20th century features many mint stamps, and while lacking the most expensive items, is well filled with the desirable medium priced stamps, for instance, the "Reds" and "Greens" set are mint to the $5.00 to $20.00 values, with some higher values used, strong silver tax stamps, with the 1941, 1942 and 1944 "Gray" sets all complete mint to the $5.00 values, plus Wines, Playing Card, Tobacco, Narcotic, etc., also a few post office seals and miscellaneous possession stamps, the overall condition is well above the norm, and while there are some small faults to be found, there is a large number of very fine saleable stamps as well. Est. 5,000-7,500
