2098 ogng O1/126 #O1/126, Desirable officials collection of 115 different, mostly mint with a small number of unused, the 1873 hard paper issues are virtually complete lacking the State Department dollar values, the 1879 soft paper issues are nearly complete as well, lacking a few rarities, but including the 30c Treasury and a used example of the 90c Treasury (the only used stamp in the collection), condition is quite nice for these., o.g. except for about 20 stamps that are without gum as is frequently the case with these issues, a few faults are present, but the vast majority are unusually well centered and fine-very fine or better; accompanied by fifteen PF and four PSE certificates. $23,509.00
