352 ogngO S.G. #1/62, Substantial collection of 38 virtually all different Consular Mail stamps, all but three are mint or unused, the collection starts with six of the first "B.C.M. " magenta designs including the 4p with violet handstamp, the rest are collected by the three different types of the "Postage" rose designs with the various types and colors of handstamp consular seals, this is an excellent collection to obtain a good base of these issues, nearly half of the unused have corner o.g., condition naturally varies as nearly all these issues come with small faults to some degree because the paper was so fragile, there are a few with more serious faults, but the vast majority have full margins and attractive appearance, grading fine to very fine or better for these; also includes 27 mint and used British Inland Mail issues; total Stanley Gibbons catalog value is over £9,300 (Scott #1/53). Est. 2,000-3,000
