TJ-TL grey-black (S.G. Spec. AS67), the impeccable unused strip of three from the lower right corner of the sheet showing plate number "10" and inscription "the Back be careful not to remove the Cement.", uncharacteristically fine impression for this plate, large to enormous margins all round, some light barely perceptible pressed creases which are inconsequential to this wonderful and famous corner plate number piece which ranks among one of the most important line engraved items extant; ex-Seymour and Shaida. EG-FH black (S.G. Spec. AS66), an extremely rare used block of four with very large margins all round showing portions of two adjoining stamps, Maltese Cross cancellations in red, some light soiling and oiliness from the cancellation, otherwise a very fine and highly significant multiple, as this is the only used block recorded in private hands (the largest such block in the National Postal Museum is also only a block of four); ex-Shaida and "Tes". OA-OF grey-black (S.G. Spec. AS67) horizontal strip of six, margins all round except just touched at right, tied to 1841 (31 Mar.) large part entire from Swansea to Cardiff (1.4), cancelled by Maltese Crosses in black, two stamps crossed by vertical filing crease (accompanying certificate states lifted and reaffixed, which we find inaccurate since the strip still possesses much of its original gum, the creases have not been pressed, and it is in exactly the same state as when offered in the first Seymour sale), a fine and appealing franking; evidently the largest multiple from this plate known on cover; 2000 RPS certificate; ex-Seymour and "Daisy".
