S.E.D/19 Sep 11/Papua" c.d.s. on cover addressed to Port Moresby, lovely "Burns Philip Line" logo on flap at back, the 1/2p is creased and there are some red marks on perfs., nevertheless a scarce and desirable tricolor franking for the 4 1/2p rate which probably included a ship mail fee.
