984 ogObl Carriers and Locals small collection of 83 items, mostly mint or used singles, however there are a few interesting multiples and a couple of covers, wide range of issues, with several stamps cataloging several hundred dollars each, the majority have been checked against Larry Lyon's Indentifier for any obvious fakes or forgeries, with a great many of them appearing to be genuine, although (as always) with accumulations of this kind it is expected that not all stamps can be guaranteed, rather mixed condition so examination is essential to fully evaluate this lot.
