#120b, 24c Green and violet, Center Inverted, a most attractive appearing example of this important 19th century error rarity, being one of only 88 recorded examples (this number includes the prohibitively expensive four unused copies, and the unique used pair and block of four), centered a bit to right but not objectionably so, strong colors, most unusual blue cancel (one of only three recorded with this colored cancel) that does not obscure the central vignette, accompanying certificate mentions light diagonal creases at bottom right (which are very minor) and a small repair at right, which is so miniscule that it is almost undetectable, overall this fine stamp is in much better quality than a large number of the known examples; 1994 PF certificate.
