WORLDWIDE AIRMAIL LOT
Lot Symbol CatNo. Lot Description CV or Estimate
1228 Oc   Worldwide valuable airmail collection of used stamps and covers neatly mounted in eight binders, plus there are some on album pages and original auction lot cards from the 1960s to the 1980s (when the bulk of the collection was formed), quite comprehensive, with value from all parts of the globe, Europe and colonies is the strongest, but also solid Latin America and useful selections from other continents, there are some early pioneer flights, but much is in the 1920-1945 era, this collection is loaded with desirable and saleable stamps and covers, with the covers usually either commercial airmail usages or various flight covers, we noticed a myriad of $100.00-$500.00 items, with some even higher, there is far too much to go into any detail, so we strongly recommend taking the time to carefully inspect the collection; the retail value should be enormous, undoubtedly many multiples of our conservative estimate. Est. $20,000-30,000

SOLD for $76,250.00
