515 Pnhc   French Southern & Antarctic Territories extensive and comprehensive collection formed by Rolfe Wyer, many hundreds of items up to 1981 in mounts on Yvert album pages, the collection starts with three forerunner covers with stamps of Madagascar, then continues with issued stamps apparently complete, plus many also represented by mint blocks of four, there are a plethora of imperforates in singles, pairs and/or blocks of four throughout, as well as deluxe proofs, collective proofs, die proofs, some signed by the designer, some trial colors, the 1956 set of three special souvenir sheets, some covers and more, this being Mr. Wyer's intact collection except for the 87Fr. Concorde stamp, mint and imperfs. apparently all o.g., n.h., except a couple early air mail imperforates with gum problems, virtually all very fine; the nicest F.S.A.T. collection we have had the pleasure of offering in out auctions.
