Carter, neatly mounted on over 100 exhibition pages, starts off with four very rare large die essays, a few plate proofs, issues stamps, various "Specimen" overprints and some postal stationery, then it gets into postal history, which are arranged by denomination, showing the various domestic and international usages of each stamp, including first class, registered, airmail, etc., including one 5/- cover, also a section of postal agencies, usages as revenue on documents, instructional markings, etc., there are also a few binders with many dozens of additional covers, a fabulous basis for further exhibition and study.
