This stamp is clearly undervalued in the Scott catalog, as it is far more rare than the black manuscript overprint that lists at $15,000.00. The Stanley Gibbons catalog simply states "from £7,500" for all the manuscript "postage" overprint, not distinguishing the red and black. Not only one of the important rarities of Grenada, but also one of the key 19th century rarities of the entire British Empire.
