 1964, World Cruise, intended for "Khrushchev's Visit to Sweden", 4k line perf. 14 and printed on special ungummed Goznak paper. As Khrushchev was removed from power, the stamp was withdrawn and never issued. Only a few copies of this
legendary stamp exist. This rarity is certainly one of the highlights of modern Russian philately. A similar stamp sold in Cherrystone, October 2008 as part of the S. Shtern Collection of Soviet Union (hammer $25.000). With RPSL certificate 2024. (Image 1)
