1861-1885 Old-time collection neatly mounted on eighteen small neat gold-leafed album pages, showing strength in both Large and Small Hermes Heads, with a fine array of early Large Hermes Head proofs, plus a fine array of the issued
stamps from the 1861 Paris print through mostly all the later issues, both unused and used present throughout, generally very fine with most stamps showing good to large margins, a wonderful assembly for the student of this iconic issue (Image 1)

1886-88 Belgian Printing 25 lepta die proof in light ultramarine, clear sharp impression, an outstanding rarity, the Papaioannou handbook mentions only one other example of the 25 lepta in blue (from the Gloeckner collection in 1968),
with this example in light ultramarine blue being unrecorded and probably unique. (Image 1)
