 1862 6 Parale brick-red huge margined example on thin wove paper on double rate printed matter sent on 29/10 (1864) from Turnu Severin ('star' postmark in blue) to Botosani, via Bucharest (3/11), arrival 10/11. The item has a printed
contents related to a lottery, on paper with some stains visible on reverse and splits along the folds. The stamp has a barely perceptible nick at base. A great rarity, to our knowledge a unique double rate printed matter usage of the 6p stamp,

 1862 6 Parale brick-red on laid paper with large margins all around, on local cover sent in Bucharest on 6/4 (1863 or 1864), cancelled by 'simple scroll' marking. The item is addressed to "Mr. August Gorgean, Lieutenant of riflemen" which
is Colonel Gorjan that made the official 1891 Bull's Heads reprints. The stamp and the cover have creases and wrinkles, which have been flattened on the stamp, an immense rarity on laid paper, as only another such cover was recorded in the Cohen
