Lot 90035 - 1860, Washington 90c blue mint never hinged original gum and extremely rare as such, amazingly fresh; cert. PSAG graded VF-XF 85 (2024) and PF (1989) stating "tiny paper inclusion at bottom left" (this inclusion was natural at printing). The stamp is amazingly fresh and pristine mint never hinged condition. Only one other mint never hinged stamp has been graded by PSE in perfect condition, which was sold by Siegel in 2007 for $75'000..... Currently US$ 30,000
